These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of moorelifemiami.com and any services offered by Moore Life Moore Experience LLC, doing business as Moore Life Miami, Renting South Florida, and Moore Life Yachts (collectively, "Moore Life," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Moore Life offers three categories of services:

• Real estate rental services — provided by a licensed South Florida real estate professional affiliated with RLC Realty and the MIAMI Association of Realtors
• Agent coaching and digital products — including the "20 Deals in 30 Days" playbook, group coaching, 1-on-1 coaching, and content library access
• Luxury charter services — yacht and exotic car rentals under Moore Life Yachts

Real Estate Services

Rental placement services are subject to standard South Florida real estate licensing regulations. Submitting a rental inquiry does not guarantee approval; all applicants remain subject to landlord and property screening criteria, which generally include minimum credit score, income requirements, and rental history review as disclosed on our inquiry forms.

Coaching Products & Digital Content

Digital products (playbooks, content library access, group and 1-on-1 coaching) are sold as described at the time of purchase. Results from any coaching program are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control, as disclosed on our marketing pages.

The Miami Content Library is licensed strictly for the purchaser's personal social media use. Redistribution, resale, or use of this footage in any commercial capacity beyond personal social media posting is prohibited.

1-on-1 coaching is application-gated and offered at our discretion following review of your application.

Payments

Payments for coaching products are processed securely through Stripe. All sales of digital products are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Recurring subscription products (such as monthly content library access or group coaching) will renew automatically until canceled.

Yacht & Charter Bookings

Charter bookings are subject to vessel availability, weather conditions, and captain/crew discretion for safety. Specific cancellation, deposit, and rescheduling terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to access it through automated means without our permission, submitting false information on any inquiry or application form, or using any content from the Site (including the Content Library) outside the scope of the license granted to you.

Disclaimers

The Site and our services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding rental approval, coaching income results, or charter availability beyond what is explicitly stated in a signed agreement. Testimonials and results shared reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results for you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moore Life Moore Experience LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
